National Night Out Against Crime

   Today for my act of kindness/good deed, I'll be volunteering at some booths at the National Night Out in Smyrna.  Night out is an event that offers citizens an opportunity to talk with police officers and other emergency workers about crime prevention and what they can do to make themselves safer. Everyone can learn tons of safety tips and this a great place for kiddos and younger ones to learn what to do in emergency situations. The Night Out is also a great place to get to know other people and other organizations in your community. There are always lots of vendors and food as well so it can be a lot of fun for the whole family. Glad to be lending a hand to a great cause tonight!
